Looks like we have a server error. We cannot fix it outside of the server so we have to rely on those folks in India to contact the people in Chicago to get do a restore from the SQL back up yesterday sometime... Amazes me they only do a SQL back up bi weekly. Fortunately, on was done prior to going down... As soon as the host company gets their pound of flesh, we'll be back up. We are also migrating the forum to a new server and going to be using a new format as well... Joomla... as in www.Joomla.com...
I'm heading to NY to be with my dad this AM and ensure he uses the two stairlift systems I had installed yesterday for both sets of stairs. I am also contracting a new walk in shower by ripping out his 50+ year old bath tub... In addition, I have to repair his electric lift chair and will be buying another one for his wife... I will be visiting a couple of BOC'ers and have a fishing charter lined up out of Orient Point for some Stripe Bass and Fluke fishing on the 26th so all is not work related unless pulling in a ~50+ pound striper is considered work...
BTW, dad is doing OK. He is just getting slower and I just want him to be comfortable and in his home for as long as he can be...
On another note, and just a heads up... I will be listing "GPS Powell", Mike's 2006 2452 for sale shortly... If you think my 2452 was loaded... wait till you read how loaded his boat is... He only uses it one month a year and decided to fish with friends and or leased boats in the future. He just bought a farm in CO and going back to his roots as a farmer so I can understand his reasoning. Anyway, more to follow... (The new Seacore 5.7 engine has 22 hours on it and a fresh oil change...)...
