IBM Research is seeking a Supplemental Research Staff Member to work at the T. J. Watson research Center in Yorktown Heights, NY.
Responsibilities include: perform research on state of the art CMOS technology related topics, including process integration; development of new materials to improve device performance; perform physical and electrical characterization of materials and devices; perform research in novel materials for neuromorphic devices; develop materials and devices Internet of Things (IoT).
This is a long-term supplemental position. Ph.D. is required.
