Hello friends.

Today we will bring you out the UPSC approach of toppers which they have applied and got the top rank.

We all know that, lot of materials, notes, compilations are freely available in the era of internet market. But it has been seen that lot of aspirants are downloading them (All materials)but they dont know whether it will help with respect to UPSC or not, bass materials agya market me download karte jao or harddisk ka size badate jao. It is not like that my friend.

Ab khud ko he puchlo jo jo materials market me ate hein wo sab download kar to lete hein but usko apne daily time table me apply karte he nahi hein (not even 10%) and it's fact. Hard disk ka size badana asan hai but usko itna vast syllabus UPSC k sath maintain karna bahut he muskil h yaaron. Even at the time of exam ap sab kuch padhai, practice karoge karoge bolke ek attempt bekar kardoge.

Ab materials to har ek k pass hai right? Ab kam hai ki how to crack this exam? What is the right approach to clear this exam? We will bring you out the most effective approach to follow regularly and crack the exam.

Follow the below mentioned steps on a daily basis without any excuse. Read each and every line with a patience.

1st We will cover Mains Portion

This exam requires 03 P's

The Three P’s – Patience, Persistence, Perseverance

Second Start Answer Writing from the 1st day of your UPSC Preparation.

Now question came what to write? how to write? whether my answer is right or wrong and all.

See we all know that UPSC is unpredictable. But your right guidance is your syllabus. See the syllabus, mug up it and always keep it on your side. Believe us it will help you a lot to know what is important and what not with respect to UPSC preparation.

Now question came how to write?

Before writing anything at-least read the basic from the standard books like NCERT, IGNOU, NIOS or any standard books like Bipan Chandra, Spectrum, Government Reports where you will learn not only the basic things but the writing skill too. Just see how NCERT where presented the things in a simper manner (Have you ever noticed this thing?if not then try to it right now). Syllabus me jo jo contents dia hua hai bass usko complete kardo from the above mentioned sources.

Now what to do?

As we all know that UPSC is little bit about static and more about dynamic. Ab ye dynamic kya hai? Static to jan gaye k standard book padhai krna h jese b karke. Ab Dynamic kese karen?

Dynamic is all about current issues remember not news, you have to read what all issues were going on.

Ab dynamic kese karen?

The most effective way to cover dynamic portion is mentioned which you have to follow on a regular basis. Remember on regular basis.

Acha ab itne sare dekhna hai (Time to hai nahi humare pass) ab itne sare sources kese cover karen or wo b on daily basis?

See hume sirf issues he dekhna not news. Jitna b sources upar mentioned hua h wo sab ek he issues ko leke apna apna opinion rakhte. Ok hume bass wo sab ko ek jaga me important points note karna h. Arre ab note karna ye b or ek tension?  See agar ap note nahi karoge to it will not be easy to revise at the time of prelim and mains or interview.

Ab dimag me aya note kya karen, kaha karun or kese karun?

Notes ap online karo ya offline, it depends on you. Better do your notes online. Bahut sare ase options apko miljayenge online note banane me jese ki evernote, microsoft one note, word file me b banaskte ho taki us issues ko age modify b karsakte ho.

Ab note kya karen:

Note me sirf apko bahut kam se kam words me banana hai. Ap article 1-2 bar padte padte ye pta chal jyga k majra kya h article me. Us article me se dekho kya likha hai, kya kaha hai, kuch suggest kia hua hai kya, (Remember article pura copy ni karna h kyunki jo articles likhte hein wo IAS exam nahi derahe hein, exam hume dena so hume he likhna hai or wo b UPSC k puchne k question k hisab se). Ok. Basic to hume pata hai (From Standard Book) bass wo article padhke important suggestion ya kch changes, conclusion jo b apko important lage note kardo.

Ab aya note karne k bad hum answer kese likhe?

Answer likhne se pehle hume kya karna h wo to upar pura strategy dia hua hai, ap jo jo approach kaha gaya hai usko bass on daily basis apne time table k hisab se karna hai without any fail.

Now likhna kese hai? Uske lie previous year question paper dekhna padega taki questions se pata chelga what all types of question is being asked by UPSC and it is a must for all the UPSC aspirants. Now what all things are required to write a good answer?

Reading Question Paper:

The 1st and foremost thing which we all have to do in the examination hall is reading the question atleast 2-3 times taki apko pta chal jye k question me pucha kya gaya hai. Remember we have to write about 150-200 words only or humare pass 7-8 min he hota hai har ek question ko likhne me. Acha ab itna kam samay me likhe b kese yaar? See question paper jitna b aya hai we all know k hume bass 60-70% he ache tarike se ata hoga, baki bache kuche adha ata hoga ya totally nahi ata hoga. Pick up the question 1st which you know about 100% confidence to attend. Now ab apko pta chal gya k kya kya question ko ap likhoge uske bad?

2. Presentation:

Answer ka presentation proper hona chahea taki jo answer check kar rha hai usko interest aye padhne me or thoda bahut kanjusi na karen marks dene me. Ab interest kese ayega ye UPSC walo ko? Sahi likhoge jo pucha gaya hai tab he ayega na. So don't write bogus things to fill up the paper. Har ek question me step marking b hota hai, so jitna ata hai utno likho.

Download topper's answer script which is uploaded in various sites and see how they have presented their answers.

3. Simplicity:

Answer simple hona chahea. Uske lie a good looking answer hona chahea chahe wo paragraph me likhna ho ya phir point wise me likhna ho wo depend question k upar depend karta. Kuch toppers paragraph me b likhte hein or kuch point wise me b likhte hein. So ap dekho question ko present kese karna h taki UPSC ko acha lge or 1-2 mark jyda aye (Remember 1-2 extra mark in each answer will rank you to the top).

Simple answer or to the point likhne k lie ap standard books padho or dekho k kese har ek concept ko ache se present kia hua hai wo b in a simpler manner. Ab grammer portion b to hai, uske lie koi ek acha grammer book dekhlo thda (Wren and Martin-Good One).

4.  Practice:

Ab upar jitna b kaha gaya hai wo ase he nahi hoga asan se jab tak ap practice nahi karoge. Practice har roj karna hai (1st 21 Days is not so easy). Arre ye 21 days kya hai? Kahin par ek article aya tha k koi b ek cheez ko apna habit banane me 21 Days lagte hein.

Ap Previous year k question paper leke practice karo, uska ek presentation banao. Market me bahut sare test series milte hein usko leao or tayari me jut jao. Ab apke pass do options hai ek to ap test series join karoge nahi to test series ghar lake b khud practice kar sakte hein. But the 1st option is better. Why 1st option? Because apko wo environment hona chahea or wo b usi samay tak apko exam atmosphere tarha lage k you are giving the real exam. Ok

Beginner k lie online me 1-2 ache site hein jo har roj questions post karte hein answer writing practice k lie, usko dekho and try to answer at-least 1-2 on daily basis. Ye nahi k apko pehle din he sab kuch ata ho, but apko us issue me jo kuch b ho ata hai bass wo likdo (Apne Answer writing practice note book me).

5. Other important things:

In answer we can use diagrams as we all know k ek picture hajaro words k barabar hai. So atleast try to put a neat and nice diagram on your answer or us diagram ko leke describe kardo. Diagram pencil me hona chahea taki apko usko correct karne me koi taklif naho or answer sheet zig zag na dikhe.

Try to underline important terms which you have mentioned in your answer taki wo answer paper jo b check kar raha hai usko lage k atleast is bande k andr kuch to hai or usko 1-2 extra mark dene me sahi samjhe. Yaad rahe quality matters a lot rather than quantity. So jitna b ata ho bass utna he likho khas karke jo pucha gaya h question me.

Write a good introduction, give a good body part and lastly right conclusion about that particular question is the basic structure of a good answer.
