NEW EXECUTIVE TALENT LEADS HZO INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION
Caliber of recent hires reflects transition to leading global technology firm
DRAPER, Utah May 23, 2013 - HzO, Inc., a leader in thin film nano-coating for electronics and other products, continues to attract world class business leaders to its executive corps with the addition of Roger Fowler as chief financial officer; Andreas Morr, vice president of engineering and manufacturing; and Sergio Leveratto, vice president of global sales and marketing.

WaterBlock technology successfully protects electronics and other sensitive products from damage even when exposed to total submersion for sustained durations. Through a proprietary vapor application process, the protective nano-coating works from the inside out to shield even the most intricate parts of electronic devices, forming a seamless barrier that is invisible to the naked eye.

Roger Fowler most recently served as director of finance for industry giant Flextronics and was previously a senior financial consultant with Dell. He brings to the executive team nearly two decades of seasoned leadership in financial, liability and risk management. His background includes direct business model experience from the industries served by HzO, industrial purchasing expertise to source and manage the rapidly expanding HzO systems deliveries, and internal operations and communication management and control.
Having held senior positions with Nokia, Flextronics and TE Connectivity, Andreas Morr brings over 18 years management experience in scaling high volume global manufacturing operations and strategic logistics development worldwide. His leadership experience in consumer products market segments, which includes work in Asia, Europe and Latin America in addition to the United States, will guide the initiatives to deliver WaterBlock technology around the world. He is fluent in German and English and speaks conversational Mandarin Chinese and joins HzO from Hong Kong.
Sergio Leveratto joins HzO from Nokia where he held several sales and marketing leadership positions. He brings a wealth of experience in the mobile and consumer electronics industries where he demonstrated his impressive leadership and business acumen by successfully bringing new products and technologies to market. His rich international background includes significant exposure in North America, Latin America and Europe. His multicultural and multilingual experience includes fluency in English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
