We know how it is when it comes to Fashion Week. All those names, celebrities and beautiful people can often be overwhelming if not fairly intimidating. So with New York kicking off today and London, Milan and Paris all just around the corner, the fashion calendar is full to the brim. So to make your life a bit easier, we decided to make the week a little more…digestible with not only the must see shows of the week, but where to pick up a pretzel, grab the best bargain and where to park your fashion weary ass.

September 5

Who to See:

Desigual (3PM)

Having only moved to the US four years ago, the brand is fairly new on the block, however if it is bold, street inspired prints you’re into then this is the show to be at.

Candela (2.30PM – 3.30PM)

Lace and leather make up this equestrian, ranch inspired collection. Hailing from South American roots, designer Gabriela Perezutti is strongly influenced by her native country, but combine this with New York street style and you get a combination of sheer layering and authentic leather and fringing all culminating in her women’s ready-to-wear line AW collection.

For the Best Burger:

Umami Burger (432 Avenue of the Americas at 10th Street)

Who doesn’t love a good burger and my, are these good. With a limited menu of around 10 gourmet burgers, the truffle burger and the tuna burger have got our mouth’s watering.

Who To Listen To:

Joey Bada$$

A Brooklyn MC bringing back that 90s vibe we are all revisiting – and loving – right now. At only 18 years of age, his 90s New York hip-hop has got everyone talking and will have you reaching for the scrunchies and Nike Air Maxes in no time (if you’re not donning them already!). Read our interview with the man himself here and watch his latest video ‘95 Til Infinity’ here.

Who To Read:
