We head backstage to take a look at the moments before Yohji Yamamoto’s spring summer 14 collection took to the runway.

A few sparse chords were the soundtrack to Yohji Yamamoto’s Spring Summer 14 runway show. Every boy, each wearing tense expressions with long plaits and partings and with chalk brushed faces, was seen in loosely draped tailoring in a gradual progression from black to white. Colours were added lightly, but not depended on; the light nature of the fabrics were more of a defining nod to summer. And we can’t wait to get our hands on it.
