In response to my concern regarding technical issues about categories not loading, except the ones that are overloaded, that is, I received this automated response:

In other words, I have been told to not contact Admin. The forum cannot fix bugs in teh system. Why am I receiving this as a response, instead of a resolution to the bugs in the database that are preventing me from working on categories that I at least feel a little experience in? I am being forced to work over 8 hours on categories I have no interest in, no experience in, and have made a mere $2.00 in for OVER 8 HOURS in. Why am I being shunned? Also, when I tried to email the support email address, it was returned as a Sent Failure. Is Humanatic going away this year? Is that what is going on? I hope that transparency is important to Humanatic. I feel that I am being forced to work in categories that I cannot make any money in. I do not want to work on them. I want to be able to work and make money like the people I see in the Leaderboard. I have been trying for months, and it is not resolved. I feel very cheated, and that there is not going to be a resolution, according to the email I received to post my concerns in the forum, and not email Admin. How unfair...
