Former ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ star Tori Spelling has been hospitalised following a freak accident that saw her fall on to a hot grill at a Japanese restaurant.
The 41-year-old was enjoying an Easter meal with her husband Dean McDermott and their four children when she tripped and fell onto the hot Japanese style grill, which is used to prepare food in front of customers.

A source told the Mail: "Tori had been laughing and having fun with her family at Easter brunch.
"When she got up to leave and tripped, falling backwards on to a scorching hot grill. She shouted out in pain from a large burn on the back of her right arm.
"You could tell she was hurting, but she was trying to put on a brave face for the sake of her four young children who were quite obviously worried."
The actress and reality star is said to have returned home following the incident but headed to hospital the following day when her injuries worsened.
After admitting herself to the Grossman Burn Center in West Hills, California, she had surgery on her injured arm.
"Tori's doctor's determined she had a severe burn and suggested they remove the damaged skin and graft skin from another area of the body," the source said.
"She questioned if it was absolutely necessary but doctors said she risked severe infection and scarring if she didn't act right away."
Following the incident, Tori posted a snap of herself with her pals on Instagram.
