Plans have been announced for the major renovation of the Royal Bank of Scotland’s former home on St Andrew Square into one of Edinburgh’s newest tourism developments.
Due to open in summer 2017, The Edinburgh Grand is the latest addition to ASAP member Lateral City Apartments’ portfolio of serviced accommodation, and will comprise 50 luxury apartments, many with original detailing.
Alongside the serviced apartments will be a coffee house and evening venue, as well as a 200-cover bar and restaurant inside the Edinburgh Grand, located in the former banking hall.
