In just under 10 minutes, South African 800-metre Olympian, Caster Semenya, will run her first heat in the hopes of going through to her group’s finals in Rio.
South Africans have been rallying behind the athlete using the hashtag #Caster4Gold, from early this morning in run up to the race which takes place at 4:02pm today.
