I’ve written before about using a journaling Bible and the benefits of this kind of Bible study time. It’s a way to join quiet, creative time (which I crave) with faith-building time. Such a great combination! It also helps make the Word more personal as you dive deeper into it. That’s why I was very happy to have the opportunity to use the Bible Journaling Kit by Ellie Claire for this purpose. It’s a great starter kit for anyone who wants to begin Bible journaling.
About the Bible Journaling Kit
Create a work of art on the pages of your favorite Bible. Draw, color, or journal your thoughts, dreams, and prayers. Highlight your favorite verses or the encouragements that speak to your heart with pencils, stickers, and tabs. Kit includes:
4 sheets of word stickers
4 sheets of alphabet stickers
24 tab stickers
8 colored pencil twists
1 journaling pen
1 pouch with adjustable strap to fit Bibles of all sizes
1 ruled page protector mat with tracing lines
Using the Bible Journaling Kit
The storage pouch is like a nice pencil case only wider with a zipper. It has one of my favorite Bible verses on it, Philippians 4:8. It’s one I quote to my daughters several times a week. <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/72x72/1f642.png" alt="
