Koratala Siva who bagged two blockbusters with his first two films – Mirchi and Srimanthudu is directing the film. According to the sources within the movie unit, Janatha Garage will not have any messages like Srimanthudu but will be on the lines of Mirchi.

According to the sources, upcoming movie ‘Janatha Garage’ will not have any social message, it will be based on Mumbai backdrop. In the first part of the schedule will be more of Mohanlal’s character shoot. Jr NTR will join the shoot a week later. The film makers are seeing Janatha Garage (with a tagline – Ikkada Anni Repairlu Cheyyabadunu) as the title of the movie even though they did not announce it officially. Devi Sri Prasad composed the music for this film, for Koratala’s previous movies – Mirchi and Srimanthudu is composing music for this movie also. The music sittings of the movie began recently.
