HPM President and CEO, Mike Fujimoto
We’re proud to congratulate our fearless leaders Mike, President and CEO, and his son Jason, Senior Vice President and COO, for their recent national recognition and honors from the North American Retail Hardware Association (NRHA).
Mike was selected as one of the home improvement industry’s Top Guns by the NRHA, Hardware Retailing Magazine and the National Hardware Show. Established in 2007, the Top Gun award recognizes home improvement retailers for their innovation, entrepreneurial essence and overall excellence in operations. The award is also considered the highest honor an independent home improvement retailer can receive from the industry.
Stepping into the Fujimoto legacy, Jason and eight others were named as 2015 Young Retailers of the Year by the NRHA. The recognition program identifies and honors “the next generation of aspiring independent home improvement retailers and recognizes individual achievements of retailers age 35 and younger from throughout the U.S. and Canada.”
Both Mike and Jason were honored at the 2015 National Hardware Show, which was held May 5-7 in Las Vegas at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
