1. Soy Milk And Banana Hair Mask

In a blender, blend one ripe banana until smooth. Stir in half a cup of cold mik and blend again. Coat your hair with this mask from root to tip. Allow it to dry for twenty minutes. Rinse away the mask with warm water. Cleanse your hair and scalp with a sulfate free shampoo.



2. Soy Milk And Olive Oil Hair Mask

Pour half cup of soy milk in a small bowl and stir in a tablespoon of olive oil. Beat this mixture with a fork to incorporate the oil evenly with soy milk. Pour a little of this mask mixture over your hair and massage it into your scalp. Keep the mask on for forty five minutes before shampooing.



3. Soy Milk And Egg Hair Mask

Eeat one egg with half a cup of soy milk until well blended. Pour the soy milk and egg mixture over your hair. Massage your hair in circular motion to distribute the mask evenly on the scalp and along the entire length of hair. Let your hair soak in all the goodness of this mask for upto an hour and rinse away the mask with lukewarm water. Wash your hair with a perfumed shampoo to eliminate egg odour.



4. Soy Milk And Strawberry Hair Mask

Blend five to six ripe strawberries with half cup of soy milk. Detangle your hair with a brush and coat them with this mask. Wear a shower cap and let the mask stay on your hair for half an hour. Rinse your hair clean with warm water and then shampoo.

5. Soy Milk And Peach Hair Mask

Puree two to three cored peaches and mix in five tablespoons of soy milk. Beat the mixture until well blended. Apply this mask over your hair. Cover your hair with a shower cap and wait for twenty minutes before rinsing it off. Shampoo as usual.

6. Soy Milk And Cinnamon Hair Mask

To make the mask mix a teaspoon of finely ground cinnamon in ten tabespoons of soy milk. Stir in five six drops of rosemary essential oil. Detangle your hair and pour this mask over your hair and spread it over your scalp and the length of the hair. Let your hair soak in all the goodness for twenty minutes. Since cinnamon is known to cause allergic skin reaction in some individuals, it is best to do a patch test prior to using this mask.

7. Soy Milk And Cocoa Powder Hair Mask

Take half cup of soy milk and warm it up a bit. Tip in one tablespoon of cocoa powder and a teaspoon of coconut oil into soy milk and stir well. Pour this liquid over untangled hair and allow your hair to absorb the nutrients of the mask for upto twenty minutes. Rinse your hair with warm water and shampoo.

8. Soy Milk And Fenugreek Seeds Hair Mask

Grind soaked fenugreek seeds into a fine paste. Stir in seven tablespoons of soy milk and stir vigorously. Apply this mask over your scalp and hair evenly and let the mask stay for thirty minutes. Rinse away the mask contents from your hair by pouring warm water a couple of times until every trace of the mask is washed away. Cleanse your hair with a soothing shampoo.

9. Soy Milk And Castor Oil Hair Mask

To make the mask stir together two teaspoons of castor oil with eight tablespoons of soy milk. Brush out any tangles from your hair and apply this mask over your scalp and the length of hair. Let the mask work on your hair for twenty minutes and rinse away its remnants with warm water. Shampoo as usual.

10. Soy Milk And Hibiscus Flower Hair Mask

Grind four to five hibiscus blossoms into a fine paste. Stir in four tablespoons of soy milk and blend the mixture. Comb your hair well to remove any tangles and apply this mask on your entire scalp and the length of hair. Let the mask stay on your hair for twenty minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. Cleanse your hair with a soothing shampoo.

11. Soy Milk And Spinach Hair Mask

Grind a bunch of spinach leaves into a fine paste and mix in three tablespoons of soy milk. Generously apply this mask on your hair and allw it to stay for twenty minutes and then wash off. Shampoo afterwards and let your hair air dry.

12. Soy Milk And Avocado Hair Mask

Puree one ripe avocado and mix it with three to four tablespoons of soy milk. Put this mask on your scalp and spread it towards the tips of hair. Cover your hair with a shower cap. Rinse your hair clean with warm water after forty five minutes. Shampoo your hair to eliminate any residue of the mask.

13. Soy Milk And Brown Sugar Hair Mask

Tip in a tablespoon of brown sugar in five tablespoons of soy milk and stir the sugar until it gets completely dissolved in milk. Comb your hair to eliminate any tangles. Start applying the mask on your hair to coat each hair strand and allow the mask to seep into your hair and scalp for thirty minutes. Wash your hair with warm water to get rid of the mask and shampoo afterwards.

14. Soy Milk And Turmeric Hair Mask

Mix one tablespoon of turmeric powder with seven tablespoons of soy milk. Pour this liquid over detangled hair and cover with a shower cap. Rinse your hair clean with warm water after twenty minutes and then shampoo to clean your hair thoroughly.

15. Soy Milk And Black Sesame Seed Hair Mask

Grind a handful of black sesame seeds into a fine powder and mix it with half cup of warm soy milk. Let the sesame powder soak in the milk for upto an hour and then blend the mixture into a smooth paste. Apply this mask mixture directly onto your hair and scalp. Allow the mask to seep into your hair for thirty minutes and rinse it off with warm water. Follow up by shampooing your hair.

16. Soy Milk And Mustard Seeds Hair Mask

Grind two tablespoons of mustard seeds into a fine powder and combine it with half cup of soy milk. Let this mixture sit for half an hour and then grind it again to form a smooth paste. Work this mixture onto your hair. Wait for half an hour before rinsing off the mask. Shampoo as usual.

17. Soy Milk And Blackstrap Molasses Hair Mask

Mix two tablespoons of black strap molasses with five tablespoons of soy milk. Cover the entire length of hair with the mask. Put on a shower cap and let your hair soak in all the nutrients for thirty minutes. Wash off the mask with warm water and then shampoo thoroughly to cleanse your hair.
