Required Skills and Responsibilities:
*3+ years of experience documenting technical approach via Visio diagrams and Design artifacts
*2+ years of experience customizing Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007/SharePoint Server 2010; including using the SharePoint object model, SharePoint Designer, Workflows
*5+ years of experience developing custom solutions using the Microsoft development platform with an emphasis on C#, ASP.NET, XML, Web Service
*3+ years of experience technical lead developing business solutions
*Experience with waterfall and agile implementation methodologies
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*Experience in working in the partner channel is highly prized
