Search for Common Ground (SFCG) is an international non-governmental and not for profit, conflict transformation organization. Our mission is to transform how individuals, organizations, and governments deal with conflict - away from adversarial approaches and toward cooperative solutions. Founded in 1982, SFCG has its headquarters in Washington, DC in the United States and in Brussels, Belgium. SFCG has been working in Nepal since 2006 to support its conflict transformation and peacebuilding processes. SFCG is looking for qualified professionals to fulfill the following position.
Job Position: Associate Design, Monitoring and Evaluation (DM&E) Coordinator
Job Location: Kathmandu with frequent visit to SFCG Nepal's working districts.
Required Qualification and Skills: At least bachelor's degree in relevant discipline, (Master's degree preferred), with 3 years experience in M&E in peacebuilding or development programs. Strong command of English and Nepali language, with excellent writing skills and ability to generate high quality report is desired.
