At least Diploma in IT or IMIS because she will be dealing with IT related issues.

Duties and Responsibilities are as stipulated below.

Your primary responsibilities will be:-

Respond to client’s requests for assistance

Interact with clients seeking to find out how they are doing, if their issues have already been resolved etc

Follow Helpdesk procedure

Log all Helpdesk interactions with clients

Administer Helpdesk software

Redirect problems to appropriate resource

Identify and Escalate situations requiring urgent attention

Prepare activity reports

Stay current with system information, changes and updates

Communicate and coordinate with Internal departments

Administrative responsibilities.

Receptionist

Salary: 40kMain Duties and Responsibilities:

Receives phones communication

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

Maintains reception desk.

Handles petty cash occasionally

Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

Diploma in any business  course

1 Year
