Let's start with the location: it's 5 and a half minutes from Venice Mestre Train station (exit Marghera) so it's very convenient. All rooms are extremely clean and new, so no hassle! All rooms have air conditioning and private wc to guarantee comfort!
Why should you sleep by camping just because you are on a budget?? Just to save a little extra.. It's not true, you are not saving any money since the nearest camping site is miles away from Venice and you need to change 2 or 3 Buses to get to the City center... So stay with us, come to our reception (you can walk very easily from Venice Mestre Train station) and it's one stop by train or bus and you are in the city center of Venice!
