Hospital located in Indiana. Just across the border from Louisville KY. Physicians can live in Indiana or Louisville. *Hospital is taking over the program as the independent hospitalist group that was there is dissolving. *Program will have 10 hospitalists. *Will be a 7/7 block schedule working day shifts only from 7am-7pm. *They have 5-6 hospitalists covering per day with mid-levels that assist. *Mid-levels also cover the nights. *Volume has increased because one of the largest groups in the region is no longer doing their own inpatient care and wants to use the hospitalist program. *No procedures.. no vent management... have specialists that cover... *ICU to round only as they have the CC support
