Provides employee occupational health and safety services to Scripps employees in accordance with established policies and procedures, regulatory standards under the direction of the Employee Health Coordinator and/ or Manager. Participates in systems established to promote employee environmental safety and health and prevent occupational illnesses and injuries. Work with Employee Occupational Health Coordinator and/or Manager and the Human Resources staff for efficient functioning of Employee Occupational Health Services.
**Position is Monday-Friday, 4hrs.
Basic Qualifications (Required): Graduate from an accredited school of vocational nursing with a current LVN California license.
Minimum Qualifications (Required):One (1) year outpatient LVN experience.Must be able to demonstrate ability to perform basic nursing skills including assessment, medication administration, documentation and client teaching. Must have computer skills.BLS from the American Heart Association required upon hire.
Preferred Qulaifications: Experience in an acute care hospital or occupational/industrial health setting preferred.
