Family Nurse Practitioners
Our unique structure and approach to health care offers a rewarding alternative to the traditional patient care practice, one that focuses on autonomy, empowerment, education and patient care. With us you have the unique opportunity to be independent and treat patients, always knowing you have the help of a strong support staff.
Our clinicians are leaders in their community, advancing easy access to quality health care for all. This leadership is recognized and rewarded through growth and promotion opportunities within the organization including Regional Director of Operations, District Manager of Operations and Clinic Lead.
When you're part of our health team, you're working with the best. We pioneered the retail health care model, and the quality and service innovations that have made the concept such a remarkable success.
By design, our care model ensures the highest quality care at every visit. Our care model also promotes a more satisfying, one-on-one approach that benefits both the patient and the practitioner.
As part of our growing network, you'll have resources behind you that will empower you...expand your knowledge... and support your growth... so you can offer the kind of care you've always longed to give. Plus, you'll experience unsurpassed support from your colleagues, and from an organization that understands and is committed to promoting your role.
Have a Real Voice in Health Care
Our innovative practice model puts talented practitioners like you, out front: making independent decisions about your patient's care and acting as the single point of contact for your patients. It's a challenging role. Yet, no other setting gives you so much ownership of your work, and lets you provide the kind of patient-centered, high-quality care you believe in.
Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
You will have all the tools you need to confidently work in your clinic and provide the highest quality care. Our proprietary EMR system, for example, was created specifically for our practice model, and provides our clinic practitioners with:
Evidence-based clinical guidelines - built into the system - that can help you make better clinical judgments
The latest clinical information, delivered in real-time - so you can have the most up-to-date protocols and treatment recommendations at your fingertips
Accessibility to patient records from any location - ensuring continuity of care, no matter which location your patient has previously visited
An automated chart review process to ensure continuous improvement
E-prescribe functions - That allow you to send prescription information to the patient's pharmacy of choice, and automatically records it in the patients' records, promoting greater drug safety
Our proprietary EMR system is easy to learn and operate. Plus, you'll have the training you need so that, from day one, you can utilize all of our tools to give your patients the quality care they deserve. And it's just one of the innovative ways that shows our total commitment to care quality, safety and to the success of our clinic practitioners.
