Labor & Delivery Nurse - (LD RN)

The Family Birth Center's focus is on Family Centered Care - the idea that all members of the baby's family are part of the success of the growing child. Family Centered Care means that this hospital believes in your whole family. This position will require high risk and C - section experience as well as experience with 50 births per month.
Labor and delivery (LD) nurses provide care to women and their newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages. They provide support and monitor vital signs of the mother and baby during birth and deal with any potential problems. They may also provide support and education to mothers and their families after giving birth. LD nurses are found in hospitals, clinics and physician offices, and maternity or birthing centers.

Disc Golf is a nationally growing sport which is leisurely yet challenging. Its a game thats similar to golf, except it uses baskets and discs instead of golf balls and clubs.
