Event Production Show
5th – 6th February
With a 20-year legacy, this year’s Event Production Show will take place at Olympia in London. Over 200 leading suppliers will be showcasing the latest event products and services with over 4,000 of the industry’s key organisers attending to meet new suppliers, network with colleagues, discover new technologies and gather information at the workshops and seminars. Key industry personalities including Live Nation’s John Probyn, Glastonbury’s Michael Eavis and the Ministry for Sport/ Licensing’s Gerry Sutcliffe will be interviewed as part of the Access Sessions.

In its 30th year, the events exhibition International Confex will be held at ExCel London and welcomes over 7,000 event industry buyers seeking new ideas, the latest technologies, network with associates and listen to expert speakers. The three-day event hosts over 900 exhibitors covering UK locations, international locations, finishing touches for events and logistics.
Co-located with the International Confex is Live Experience, formerly the International Outdoor Event Expo (IOEX). Conference and Hospitality Show
30th April
The annual Conference and Hospitality Show has unveiled plans to attract greater numbers of meeting and event Planners to the show by expanding the existing Hosted Buyer Programme. The show is the UK’s only meetings exhibition outside of London and has expanded year on year since its inception in 2010. It offers the opportunity to meet over 100 exhibitors from across the UK, as well as providing an educational programme, creative ideas for event planners and great networking opportunities.

IMEX

The worldwide exhibition for meetings and incentive travel returns to Frankfurt in 2013. The show will feature interactive workshops, seminars and informal campfires in addition to a dedicated education programme providing tailored education, networking and discussion for corporate buyers. Last year, around 4,000 hosted buyers attended the show from an overall total of nearly 9,000 visitors from around the world.

The Events…event

The Events Event returns for the third consecutive year to the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre. The exhibition will showcase all that is best in the meetings, events and corporate hospitality industries. The exhibition has been moved from January to May to accommodate more buyers and opening hours are more flexible for professionals to attend.
This year sees the return of the music and entertainment section which will showcase various acts throughout the day. Celebrity television chef Ed Baines will officially open the exhibition and will also be a guest speaker at the Event Buyers Lunch.

The Showman’s Show
23rd – 24th October
The Showman’s Show attracts thousands of visitors over the two-day event and hosts in excess of 340 exhibitors who showcase structures, equipment and entertainment for the event industry. Last year, the show welcomed over 100 new exhibitors, ran a successful live Twitter feed and gave 200 visitors free coffee via Radio Frequency Identification wristbands.
