Levy Restaurants UK, the sports, leisure and hospitality sector of Compass Group UK & Ireland, has signed a new contract with Weston Park. The new business partnership is to provide a range of events and retail catering services to visitors at the stunning stately home on the Staffordshire/ Shropshire border.

Events at Weston Park

This five-year contract, worth almost £5million, will see Levy Restaurants UK deliver all events in the mansion, ranging from weddings to corporate meetings and private parties. This contract will see a renewed focus on increasing sales for events at Weston Park, through Lime Venue Portfolio (LVP), a sales and marketing consortium for venues and events and part of Levy Restaurants UK. LVP will invest in supporting the on-site team and also marketing the events space the house has to offer, to reach a wider market with the first residential venue to feature in the LVP listings.

Levy Restaurants UK will manage the Granary Grill & Deli a restaurant and café offering lunch, dinner, excellent coffee, cakes, snacks and light bites – which has a focus on seasonal simplicity and is open all year round.

The Temple of Diana

This summer will see a new opening on the estate, a luxury self-catering holiday property, the Temple of Diana which has been recently restored to the highest standards. It’s an exquisite setting to enjoy a unique short break, celebration or corporate stay sleeping six people in three double bedrooms, set over three floors. This new contract will see Levy Restaurants UK offer guests staying in the Temple a catering option.

Jonathan Davidson, Business Director, Leisure, Levy Restaurants UK said: “Weston Park is a truly unique venue that has always offered the best in class catering, to reflect the unique nature of the estate and the calibre of the events held at the venue. We’re delighted to be the first external company to become Weston Park’s official catering partner and we look forward to forming a winning partnership that will maintain and enhance their exceptional standards.”
