Sofitel London St James has appointed Nicolas Pesty as General Manager of the luxury five star hotel.
Nicolas began his career in France before moving to the United States and joining Accor as Manager of the Food and Beverage outlets in Sofitel Houston in 1991. After successfully navigating food and beverage and hotel management in different cities, including Director of Operations at Novotel New York and Sofitel Philadelphia, he was appointed General Manager of Sofitel Philadelphia in 2003.
From 2009 and prior to joining Sofitel London St James, Nicolas Pesty served as Area General Manager at Sofitel Chicago Water Tower. In charge of guest experience for Sofitel Americas since 2011, Nicolas brings with him a deep understanding of the hospitality landscape and will continue to position Sofitel London St James as a true luxury product.
