I didn't post links last Saturday because I was out of town! Here's a few that have caught my eye this week:

We love fizzy, probiotic water kefir! It's especially refreshing on hot summer days when flavored with fresh or frozen fruit. Cultures for Health is offering their water kefir grains for 25% off until Tuesday, 7/2 with code WKG at checkout. This is where I got my grains and they're still going strong nearly two years later! If you've ever considered giving them a try, now is the time!

Our family must like to live dangerously because we eat all four of these foods that are considered dangerous but are actually good for you!

I've been using arrowroot powder  instead of cornstarch for awhile now, but I didn't know a whole lot about it. I really enjoyed this post on what the differences are and how arrowroot is produced.

I loved this post about teaching the Bible to your kids at My Joy-filled Life! This mom gets that every story points back to the One Big Story! She has a free Bible curriculum for all ages that looks worth checking out called Bible Road Trip.

Gloria Furman's words of encouragement about hope for the weary and discouraged spoke to me this week.

Have you heard that there are new carseat safety regulations coming out for 2014 that parents of 3 to 8 year olds will want to be aware of.

And finally, my little guys have really been enjoying this free printable reading practice activity bundle from All About Learning Press.

Enjoy!
