Posts were not "LOST". :)
I am manually correcting the user posts counts, back to "normal". The issue dates back to when we first started HomeTheaterEquipment.com. At that time, we imported all our users from the old HomeTheaterSpot forum. This import included your old post count, as well as your user name and information. This was a great idea since we were not able to migrate the old forum into the new software.
The change in user post counts came about when we had to run a post utility on HTE's database, after the hack. Basically, the utility went through and verified all the threads and replies on HTE. As a result, every imported user lost their imported post count. In other words, the post count you saw, was only from posts you made here on the new forum.
I have changed most of the most active users already, and I will continue to change more as the need arises. If I have missed you, please let me know and I will check your old post count and add it to your post count here.
If you are veteran of The Spot and want to post here on HTE, please message me with your old username. I will update your post count, based on what it was on the old forum.
