We are entering the season of gift giving and I wanted to make sure I had some gifts ready for all of you. You can be hard to buy for though so I thought I would give the gift of inspiration as we close out one year and begin another.

I have brought together eighteen amazing women writers from Australia, Canada and the USA to join me in a free ebook available from today.

Nineteen essays on heart- centred living.

Since my focus is always on “find your simple” this is living with intention, grace and growth, for I know how tempting it can be to put pressure on yourself even when you are trying to do good.

I know you want to live the life of your dreams.

I know you want to feel peace and joy.

I know you want to give yourself all the love and kindness you give to others so freely.

I also know it can be hard.

Among these 85 pages you will read about being open to learning and change; finding your path or passion; self care and self love; and the here and now (about mindfulness and celebrating the everyday).

I want to thank the contributors (and let you know what is in store for you as a reader). You will hear from:

Alicia Parsons from Atypical type A  (who also designed the book) - a blog about pretty meets practical ideas to inspire a happier home.

Amy Bowers from Mamascout  – she shares ideas and disruptions for creative family living and leads online labs that implore women to write their lives and dreams in their notebooks and across their days.

Becky McCleery from Raising Loveliness  - a gathering place for moms to come together to “bring out the best in ourselves, our children, and one another.”

Chelsea Lee Smith from Moments a Day - sharing activities, ideas, and resources for families to connect, build character, and make a difference

Debbie Mills from Aspiring Mum -she is aspiring to be all she was made to be.

Elisa Virgona from With Grace and Eve  - Elisa believes gratitude changes everything, and that it’s never too late to try something new, never too late to heal, never too late to dream, and never too late to start again.

Gina Kimmel from Connecting Family and Seoul  - She enjoys diving deeper into the makings of traditions, memory-making, igniting a child’s passion, and learning as a family.

Jo Hegerty from Down to Earth Mother   -She writes an eco-living blog for busy mums, and wrangles two kids, four chickens and a lively cattle dog in suburban Queensland

Kathy Stowell from Bliss Beyond Naptime   -Kathy wishes for all the mamas in the land to take at least five minutes for themselves each and every day

Kathy Kruger from Yin Yang Mother  - a blog about going with the flow, finding yin yang balance, embracing change, and being grateful.

Kelly Burstow from Be a fun Mum - Her blog is all about loving and celebrating the little moments in life.

Kelly Exeter from A Life Less Frantic  - Kelly is a writer, thinker and serial over-committer … so if she can learn to live a life less frantic you can too!

Lisa Lees from Random Acts of Zen - Lisa has always believed the best way to live is to treat others how you would like them to treat you.

Sarah Ruddell Beach from Left Brain Buddha - she explores ideas and practices for mindfulness, and shares the challenges and riches in her journey to live and parent mindfully in a left-brain, analytical life.

Shawn Fink from The Abundant Mama Project (aka Awesomely Awake) – Shawn works to inspire families to be peaceful, playful and present.

Trisha Savoia from Absolute Awareness   - Trisha helps guide parents to connect with their true, authentic, intuitive selves, while at the same time learn how to relate and connect with their children, so they always remain true to who they are.

Vanessa Teklenburg from Slow Heart Sing - Vanessa and husband Graeme have experienced lots of change in recent times. She says “it has everything to do with living our passions, and the full spectrum of emotions – frustration and grief through to joy and peace – that surface when you start focusing on finding your purpose.”

Zanni Louise from My Little sunshine House - is an amazing writer with her first children’s book just beginning its journey to publication!

My hope is that among these 19 essays you will connect with not just the words, but the women behind them. I feel a little like a matchmaker and know that you will be inspired by these ladies as much as I am.
