Although these are from a previous crop they are still fresh and delicious. We store our hops at -5F in nitrogen flushed packages and only until just before we need them we repackage them into 2oz and 1lb packs in nitrogen flushed mylar and store them cold until they are shipped to you. Their transit time is generally 2-3 business days for domestic shipments (a few days longer for Hawaii and Alaska), so by the time they get to you they have spent a very small amount of time out of a freezer.
