**Senior Analyst, Service Enablement (Job Number: 160775)**

**Description**

The Service Enablement analyst will report to the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement as part of the Sales Excellence Function in Breast & Skeletal Health Solutions Division. This role will be responsible for supporting the Sales & Service Force Effectiveness – primarily Salesforce.com CRM roll out and utilization. This person will act as a change agent within the division, to drive continuous improvement and establish best practices for the commercial organization. They will liaise regularly with Information Services (IS) in Marlborough and Danbury and be a first line resource for Sales Enablement tools & processes such as Salesforce.com to drive business results.

The Senior Analyst, Service Enablement role is a high visibility, high impact role working on one of the major initiative for the Sales, Marketing and Service teams in Hologic. This individual will routinely be expected to deliver critical insights and recommendations to Sales, Marketing, and Service and IS Management, based on a deep understanding of the drivers of the business.

**Principal Accountabilites**

First line of Support:

+ Resolve end user requests for help

+ Partner with Information Services (IS) Customer Experience (CX) resources for Tier 2 support needs

Proactive Enablement:

+ Define Adoption strategy for different end user groups, including content and vehicles to deliver

+ Partner with IS CX Team to understand new capabilities available in Salesforce.com (SFDC) and train the field on the effective use of these capabilities

+ Create SFDC Training materials and deliver training to existing field resources and new hires, ensuring a heavy emphasis on the why and the when, not just the how for SFDC capabilities

+ Partner with Senior Manager of Sales Enablement to define front line Sales Manager, Area Business Director and VP of Sales specific enablement materials to support Manager and Executive level adoption and best practices

Influence the Future:

+ Consolidate field experience feedback/new functionality requests

+ Manage priorities of SFDC enhancements, ensuring priorities align to the BSH strategic objectives

+ Define requirements for SFDC enhancements and partner with IS CX resources to translate into SFDC enhancements

+ Facilitate acceptance testing of new SFDC Solutions for Sales

+ Identify ways to improve the support model with cross functional business partners.

+ Develop a forum of key users to help shape the future of SFDC for the business

Create Insights

+ Design and build Executive dashboard to give key insights into the business

+ Design and build Quality Dashboards that give insights into SFDC adoption quality and use those insights to develop/reinforce enablement strategies.

+ Design and build consistent dashboards and reports for reps and managers.

+ Other job duties will be assigned as it relates to enabling the Sales and Service Teams with new tools and processes they need to achieve business goals

**Education:**

+ Bachelor’s degree

**Experience:**

+ 5+ years of relevant CRM and/or sales analytics experience

**Knowledge and Skills:**
