**IS Business Partner, Service Solutions (Job Number: 161495)**

**Description**

As a member of the Customer Experience IS team, the IS Business Partner, Service Solutions will specialize in continuous process and systems improvements for the Divisional Service business areas around the globe and in tight collaboration with the respective Divisional IS Teams. You will interact with all related business groups including Service Operations, Service Contracts, Field Service, Service Logistics, Customer Operations, Finance, Information Services and external partners. This role will focus on strategic projects impacting Customer Success and Growth worldwide.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Provide business process guidance, solution architecture and on-going operational support worldwide

+ Build partnerships with key stakeholders in the business and across Information Services

+ Constant focus on enabling simple, holistic, and intuitive user experience

+ Challenge legacy processes and policies that complicate the internal and external Customer Experience and provide actionable recommendations

+ Collect and analyze business requirements, procedures, and issues and use them to design and implement innovative solutions

+ Collaborate with cross functional team on impacts of business decisions across the Salesforce platform and provide input on processes and policies that affect the Service space

+ Evaluate the major functional releases of enabling technologies for suitability to the Hologic business processes

+ Define test scenarios and lead the business through appropriate testing cycles for technology upgrades and/or new solutions

+ In collaboration with Divisional IS teams and Service area leadership, establish priorities and develop business cases focused on projects that add business value

+ To be a subject matter expert (SME) in the SalesForce Service Cloud for the Service business areas

+ Documenting “As Is” and “To Be” business flows for business and operational processes

+ Experience performing testing activities, including writing test documentation and testing applications prior to production

+ Strong understanding of core Service processes

+ Strong knowledge of key business areas including Install Base, Service Contracts, Field Service, Customer Support and Service Logistics

+ Knowledge of industry best practices and trends

+ Strong business process analytical skills, solutions architecture, team building and communications skills

**Education**

+ Bachelor’s degree and at least 10+ years related professional experience

**Experience**

+ 10 years of experience managing and supporting Service Applications

+ Professional Services/Consulting background

+ Experience with Salesforce.com ServiceCloud is required

+ Experience working with software development teams (on-site and off-shore) in a complex, enterprise-level environment

**Additional Details:**

+ Position is based in San Diego, CA

+ Periodic travel may be required
