Manager of BI Development \- member of the IS Enterprise Architecture team, reporting to the Director of Business Analytics and Insight – leads the global BI Development Team delivering solutions in QlikView, Qlik Sense and other BI platforms\. Has overall ownership of BI development results delivery utilizing Agile development process while operating in alignment with PMO project portfolio\.
+ Owns analytical information data model, and works within data governance to ensure data definition consistency, data model integrity, and drives data reuse across divisions and centralized functions, while maintaining delivery agility and analytical flexibility\.
+ Leads and mentors the team of 5 BI developers focused on Qlik technologies, with expertise in OBIEE and other tools\. Leads and mentors on\-shore/off\-shore Managed Services partners on multiple levels:
+ ETL and data transfers, loads
+ Data model design for reuse and scalability
+ Design, configuration and development of user\-centric interfaces that enable employees to easily access, visualize, navigate, and analyze information
+ Has in\-depth, hands\-on expertise in delivering scalable solutions on Qlik and other BI platforms\. Expert and mentor in
+ Developing high performing QlikView data models and applications, meeting complex business requirements

+ Scripting language
+ Working with transactional data from systems like ERP \(Oracle EBS\), Agile PLM, Salesforce, Siebel
**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Manages development activities across BI tools like QlikView and Qlik Sense
+ Responsible for:
+ Development process results delivering required business outcomes
+ Data model architecture, integrity, and reusability
+ Code & dashboard quality and scalability
+ Performance
+ Adherence to standards
+ Works with Governance and Operations function to ensure:
+ Development and data governance standards compliance
+ Change process compliance
+ Consistently delivers results, meets business outcome objectives, and achieves project delivery and support objectives
+ Manages development activity in the context of PMO portfolio, while engaging Business Users and Business Process Analysts within the end\-to\-end Solution Architecture framework
+ Works hands\-on with off\-shore and on\-shore Managed Services, mentors them, and helps optimize resource utilization based on work type \(Grow / Enhance, Run / Maintain, Break / Fix\)\.
+ Supports Business User information self\-service model and enables it with delivering best\-in\-class development results that Business Users can leverage
+ Supports super users in their development activities, mostly in UI area
+ Manages BI development team
**Qualifications**

+ Proven experience defining, communicating and executing to a strategy in high\-performance oriented business environment
+ In\-depth understanding of data discovery, analytics, operational reporting, data warehousing and data quality
+ Hands\-on familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms: QlikView, Qlik Sense, OBIEE, BI Publisher, Polaris Reporting Workbench, Discoverer, Hyperion Financial Reporting, SmartView, Hyperion Financial Management, Essbase
**Education**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in appropriate discipline, Masters or equivalent desired
**Experience**
+ 5 years Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing
+ Good understanding of transactional data in ERP systems and large, complex best\-of\-breed IS ecosystem
+ Data modeling and data integration
+ Transformation of traditional hierarchical Data Warehouse into Data Discovery agile analytics leveraging new technologies like in\-memory analytics and big data
+ QlikView
+ Endeca
+ Tableau
+ Business Process analysis and modeling
+ Following and improving governance processes, development standards
+ Maintenance of artifacts like Reports and Analytics Portfolio, Data Dictionary in alignment with development activities
+ Supporting IS and Business Users training programs
+ Experience with ERP systems \(Oracle eBusiness Suite\), PLM systems \(Agile PLM\(, CRM Systems \(Salesforce, Siebel\) in large scale corporate, regulated, global environment
