**Manager, Diagnostics Sales Enablement (Job Number: 161477)**

**Description**

The Manager of Sales Enablement will be a key partner to the Director of Sales Excellence within the Commercial Excellence Team. This role will be responsible for identifying and leading initiatives that drive Sales Force Effectiveness - primarily CRM roll out and utilization in the Diagnostics division. This person will act as a change agent within the division, to drive continuous improvement and establish best practices for the commercial organization. They will liaise regularly with Information Services (IS) in Marlborough and in San Diego and be the go to person for leveraging SFDC to drive business results.

The Manager of Sales Enablement role is a high visibility, high impact role working on one of the major initiative for the Sales, Marketing and Service teams in Hologic. This individual will routinely be expected to deliver critical insights and recommendations to Sales, Marketing, and Service and IS Management, based on a deep understanding of the drivers of the business.

Support Sales Force Effectiveness

· Support the Director of Sales Excellence with key initiatives that strengthen the Sales Organization

Provide Vision and Steering for the SFDC Sales Cloud Strategy within the Diagnostics Division

· Responsible for CRM implementation, strategy and planning within the Diagnostics division

· Collect and analyze business requirements, procedures and problems to provide solutions

· Drive program execution and adoption

Be a single point of contact for Customer Experience

· Work with Marketing to operationalize SFDC into the Insight Driven Innovation (IDI) Process and ongoing Marketing efforts

· Act as the voice of the sales organization to assist with vetting, selecting and implementing new solutions

· Work with the Service Organization to ensure alignment around all Sales Effectiveness indicatives

+ Manage a group of 1-2 Sales Enablement Analysts

+ Act as front line support for end user requests

+ Partner with Information Services (IS) Customer Experience resources for Tier 2 support needs

Lead Change and Drive Process Adoption with the Sales Management Team

· Develop string relationships with sales management to support user adoption, ensure proper use of applications and foster growth and change around the CRM application and the corresponding business processes

· Partner with Sales Training to collaborate on performance gaps

Be an Expert with SalesForce.com, Sales Effectiveness and Commercial Excellence

· Keep abreast of new SalesForce.com features, best practices and recommendations for process improvement

Provide insights to the division/Commercial Excellence team from thought leaders/leading organizations on Sales Effectiveness and Commercial Excellence

**Education:**

Bachelor’s degree required. Six Sigma, SFDC preferred

**Experience:**

5+ years of relevant sales, effectiveness, sales excellence, CRM and/or sales analytics experience required, demonstrating a steady career progression with increasing roles of responsibility.
