We are looking for a qualified Customer Experience Solutions Director to be the team leader responsible for the development, executing and maintenance of Customer Experience initiatives for our growing sales organizations\. This individual will have a strong understanding of Sales Processes, Group Purchasing Organizations, Direct and Distributor models, Service Contracts and related Service process flows with sound analytical and communication skills\.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Lead, manage, and drive overall technology strategy leveraging the Customer Experience IS Center of Excellence to support the Divisional strategies on a global scale, including responsibility for delivery, budget, and alignment to defined project timelines and milestones
+ Work with Divisional IS and Business teams to determine Divisional specific and Cross business Roadmaps and Strategies
+ Lead tactical initiatives to support the growth plans of Hologic’s Business Divisions
+ Define and implement creative solutions using SFDC to invent and simplify sales processes, service processes while increasing efficiencies
+ Partner with other Hologic teams to develop insights into customer lifecycle
+ Partner with Training team to develop and deliver training content for relevant initiatives
+ Develop and maintain a Solutions Playbook outlining the apps we have, what processes they support including policies, and configurations
+ Develop a documented Process for engaging with vendors and onboarding apps into SFDC, including functionality as well as sustainability and security reviews
+ Develop and manage a network of outside contracting organizations who can support Hologic requirements
+ Participate in overall administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to managing user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, reports and dashboards for performance reporting
**Qualifications**

+ Certified Salesforce\.com administrator
+ Experience with global instance of Salesforce\.com
+ Expertise on integrations with other platforms and applications like Informatica, Oracle Fusion, etc\. and databases: Oracle, SQL Server, etc\.
+ Expertise in SFDC Tools such as Development \(developer console, force\.com IDE\), Data \(Data Loader\), Cloud Integration \(Amazon,Google, Facebook\), Access Management \(Okta\), Language Integration \(Mulesoft, Java, Domo, Boomi\) ,Salesforce Platform Mobile Services\( Salesforce mobile SDK\), Email \(Email to Case Toolkit\),Telephony, Community
+ Expertise in SFDC out of the box functionalities such as sharing rules, email to case, flow, sites, workflows, approval processes, etc\.
+ Experience with developing strategies for mobility and eDetailing
+ Experience with various Salesforce feature sets, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data\.com, and Salesforce1; able to quickly become the expert on others as needed
+ Excellent communication, analytical skills
+ Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
+ Project Management experience and demonstrated ability to use data to prioritize competing projects
+ Sales experience
**Education**
+ Bachelors degree in a business or technical field or equivalent work/technical experience
+ MBA or equivalent experience preferred but not mandatory
+ Life Sciences experience preferred but not mandatory
**Experience**
+ 5 Years Salesforce experience
**Additional Details**
+ Position based in Marlborough, MA
+ Periodic travel may be required
