RecFest is a one day celebration of all things in-house recruitment and resourcing.
With an emphasis on the power of sharing, RecFest will result in the largest
conversation of in-house recruitment professionals ever seen.During the day, The Main Stage will see six of the industries foremost thoughtleaders talk on a wide variety of subjects, under the theme “Challenge AnIndustry”. Following each guest speaker, festivalgoers, in tables of ten, will discussthe topics covered and share their own experiences, before moving to another table at random and repeating the process, creating a melting pot of peer-to-peer learning. Festivalgoers can expect to walk away challenged yet inspired, with a wealth of new contacts and ideas to take back to their businesses.

As day turns to night, focus will move to the RecFestRocks Stage,  where comedians, bands and DJs will do their thing throughout the evening, creating the perfect backdrop for the party side of the festival experience.   Carry on discussing the subjects of the day, or just grab a beer, some food and listen to the music, the choice is yours.

MK Job Show

Due the success of the first MK Job Show held in January at Milton Keynes shopping centre where 66,000 people visited the show in one day. Every exhibitor which included Easyjet, Mercedes, VW Group, Travis Perkin PLC, Nationwide, Sainsbury, Fossil, Santander, Monarch, Allianz, NHS, HMGCC, Arla, Home Retail Group and lots of others have re-booked the September show.

As the profile of a visitor to a shopping centre is mainly ABC1 it is a great place to find high calibre candidates. Add to this the large catchment areas and massive foot fall we have decided to hold two more in the UKs premiere shopping centres.

The natural footfall estimated at each venue over these two days is in brackets for each show.

The London Job show at Westfield W12 on 10 & 11 October 2014 (198,000).

The MK Job show again 20 & 21 Sept 2014 (146,000).

In addition to the natural foot fall at these two events we have an intensive marketing campaign aimed at job seekers.
