Happy Anniversary, Edward and Bella!  Today Summit and Lionsgate Entertainment announced that they will be celebrating another “Twilight” milestone, the fifth anniversary of the first film’s theatrical release on November 5, with the release of “Twilight Forever: The Complete Saga.”  This 12 disc DVD set/10 disc Blu-ray set contains all five films plus the extended edition of “Breaking Dawn, Part 1.”  The set will also include every special feature released on the DVDs so if you don’t have all the “New Moon” DVDs you can finally have all the features in one place.

There also is more than two hours of exclusive new, previously unseen material that includes a complete cast retrospective with new interviews; “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Character” which showcases previously unreleased behind-the-scenes moments on set; an exploration of the epic’s “Twilight FAN-omenon” (in which you may spot yours truly), and individually highlights of Edward and Jacob’s stories in “Twilight Forever: Edward’s Saga” and “Twilight Forever: Jacob’s Saga.” These new features will be available alongside the more than 10 hours of bonus material released via previous home entertainment editions that includes multi-part “making of” documentaries, behind-the-scenes featurettes, cast and crew interviews, deleted and extended scenes, photo galleries, red carpet footage,  music videos and more.

The discs are package in a double-sided box with one side featuring Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Bella (Kristen Stewart) in the meadow from “Breaking Dawn, Part 2″ and the other side features a publicity shot of Jacob (Taylor Lautner). Inside the box all 10 or 12 discs are in a commemorative photo album highlighting iconic moments from the series.

I think the price is surprisingly low at $74.99 for the 10-disc Blu-ray set for the suggested retail price of $74.99, and $64.98 for the a 12-disc DVD set.  The problem is, and I know most fans have this same issue, I already have all of these films, some multiple times.

So now that you have all the info, will you buy this ultimate collection?  Is the two hours of new material and the packaging enough to entice you?  For me the answer is yes because I don’t have the first three films on Blu-ray and I have to have everything “Twilight.”  I was hoping for some more deleted scenes from the films though.  What are you excited about seeing on this new set?  What were you hoping would be on there that  isn’t?
