Description:
Balsam Brands is on the hunt for a top-tier, talented post-production photo editor to join our team. This editing superstar will assist the design team with the preparation process of hundreds of product images from the photo shoot to the final image stage. Their job will include, but not be limited to: 1) carefully clipping and masking product images from their original background and 2) placing pre-made sparkle elements on various light bulbs in the image.

• You have an impeccable eye for detail
• You have a clean sensibility for good composition and color
Organization Skills:
• You are not only quick, but also efficient and accurate in your process
• You can easily maintain organization within your working Photoshop files
Communication Skills:
• You have strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills.
• You understand the value of design and brand within a business context
• You must be able to listen, adapt and incorporate constructive feedback
Team Skills:
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships.
Qualifications
• You have Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom
• You have moderate proficiency or experience with photo editing and photo manipulation in Photoshop
Skills
• Photoshop: cropping, resizing, sharpening, masks/painting, color matching, clone stamping, puppet warping
• Lightroom: multiple image syncing, cropping, resizing, sharpening, color adjustments
