RESPONSIBILITIES:

> Interact with customers on behalf of an organization keeping in mind excellent customer service.

Maintains, at a minimum, target levels of sales, productivity, and performance as outlined by Supervisor in relation to call times, AUX times, conversion/sales rates and other performance metrics as they become defined.

> Grow and nurture customer relationships on each and every call that result in measurable customer value.

> Provide information about products and services.

> Use numerous workstation applications to supply “live” responses to customers’ needs.

> Document customer calls in the database system and assist in building research information. >Document account resolutions, issues and general notes.

REQUIREMENTS:

> Must be 18 years old and above.

> Excellent English communication skills and interpersonal skills

> Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

> Willing to work in shifts

> At least high school graduate

> Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
