COMPENSATION & BENEFITS – Monthly Pay Range
Basic salary (NEGOTIABLE) – Php 13,000 to 20,000
Various performance bonus and incentives – Php 2,000 to 12,000
10-20% Night Shift Differential – Php 1,300 to 4,600
NON TAXABLE allowances: Transportation, rice, medical, etc. – Php 1,100 to 5,000
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS@ACES:
Education – HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES & above-any course/degree
Age – 18 years old and above
Experience – With or without call center experience-with customer service experience in any industry is okay
Work Hours – Amenable to shifting schedules including NIGHTSHIFT
Communication / Computer Skills – Average to Advanced written & spoken English / Average to Advanced knowledge in computer applications
PRE-EMPLOYMENT CHECKLIST FOR HIRED CANDIDATES:
School Records – ANY OF THE FF: Diploma, Transcript of records or certificate of grades – whichever is applicable (for HS graduates, Undergraduates and Graduates)
Government Agency Docs – ANY TWO OF THE FF: SSS, TIN, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, BIR 2316 or ITR
Employment Records – FOR HIRES WITH WORK EXPERIENCE: Certificate of Employment (COE) from the previous employer, 3 months payslip or a COE that shows breakdown of pay package
