The Fruit Run:August 11th - 6:00
Who: All runners - we have all abilities (some parents run/walk too) New runners are highly encouraged to come!
When: 6:00 pm
Where: The Monument on River Road (intersection of Summit Ave and River Road)
The last monument run of the season will be our annual Fruit Run relay. All are welcome to run. If you plan on coming, please bring $2-3 to cover the cost of fruit. Money can be given to Abram or Julia anytime between now and the 11th (preferably at next Tuesday's run). Any questions can be sent to jhstrautman@yahoo.com
Running Awards: Attention all runners that expect to win running mileage t-shirts. Email Coach Moening (brad.moening@spps.org) your expected running total and t-shirt size by Friday August 7.

Como Relays - fun running event starts Wednesday
Rollerskiers - test your summer training at the Ringer Roll - 10K classic or skate time trial.on Friday August 7. Fun low key event with cool t-shirts and lots of prizes.
