Ihr kennt sicherlich die folgende Redewendung und was damit gemeint ist: in keinem guten Licht stehen. Das Licht bestimmt das Leben auf der Erde und ist entscheidend für das Wohlbefinden der Menschen. Bisher habe ich gedacht, dass die Sonne keine entscheidende Rolle in meinem Leben spielt… falsch gedacht. Die dunkle Jahreszeit macht mich schwerfälliger, müder und es fällt mir deutlich schwerer Motivation aufzubauen. Kennt ihr das Gefühl?
Okay. Was macht man in diesem Fall. Trübsal blasen? Nein und nochmals nein. Und hier kommt, ratet mal was? Was denn sonst? Die nächste Redewendung:

Was heisst das? Bekämpfe die Dunkelheit mit wunderschönem Kerzenlicht, mit guter Laune, mit gutem Essen. Es gibt so viele Wege, sich das Leben schön zu machen. Leben heisst Veränderung. Jeder Tag bringt eine neue Herausforderung mit sich, aber auch eine neue Chance. Wichtig ist was wir daraus machen.
