Figured I'd start a thread here to motivate myself to actually get things crossed off the list, as the list of unfinished hobby things just seems to be getting longer and longer. I'll try and regularly update things with progress report and observations :)
On sprue: May not actually be fully on sprue. Some partial assembly may be done, some of that might even have gotten some paint on it. The important bit is that the sprue is still around for the parts it still needs that I'd lose otherwise
Assembled: It's in one piece (or at least, only in large sub-assemblies I can't easily lose track of), and either unpainted or just primed.
Painted: Has at least 3 colors and some washes applied to be tabletop ready... probably more.
Project Gather The Faithful
Overall status: Main army. I know it well, which makes it very dangerous indeed. Mostly on hold, mostly painted but a lot of it needs more love - due to chipping if nothing else.

Overall Status: Emperor's Wrath artillery formation active which was the original goal, likely adding another Wyvern (or two) and slowly adding infantry to become a full army. Current APC goal (which has already been diluted with Imperial Agents... so yeah)

Overall status: Deathwatch. Started on a whim with a Land Raider (for the Repentia, really), continued with a split Death Masque box (for the HQ/Troop choice to make the LR an Allied Detachment) and a Battleforce impulse buy. Should prolly be salted with a Librarian or two and additional transport capacity, but likely won't grow much beyond this... I'm pretty sure it's an easy 1500-2000 points as it is, anyway.

Project Evil, Not Misunderstood
Overall status: Just starting off. Prolly going to add more Wyches and another Gangs of Commorragh box at least, and more vehicles. Point of note: Lot of flags and spikes increasing vertical displacement. Dark Eldar vehicles appear to be HORRIBLE for fitting in carry cases. Don't think they can do WITHOUT their vehicles easily, though...
