Three people called 911 on July 5, 2015 to report four people found dead in a home on Dunlap Roddey Road in Rock Hill. The victims were Assistant County Manager Anna Moore, her husband Randy Moore, Anna Moore's son Jason Lockamy, and Lockamy's girlfriend, Lora Kathryn Young. Police have said Randy Moore shot and killed Anna Moore, Lockamy, and Young, and then killed himself. 911 calls indicate that Randy Moore's friend discovered the victims when he arrived at the home for a cookout.
