Volunteers are invited to get their gloves on and help clear invasive scrub from a group of hut circles in a Bronze and Iron Age settlement at Kynance on the Lizard peninsula.
Thanks to funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, Historic England and Cornwall Council, The Kynance Gate Hut Circles can now be cleared so they can be surveyed to see what work needs to be completed to safeguard the monument for future generations.
Representatives from Cornwall Area of Natural Beauty, Cornwall Archaeological Unit and volunteers from Meneage Archaeology Group will be in attendance.
The event takes place on Saturday from 10.30am to 3.30pm. Volunteers can meet at Kynance Cove car park for the short walk to the site.
