MPP Mediatec Broadcast Holding AB (Mediatec Broadcast) has confirmed its purchase of Finland’s leading company of technical production services, FW FilmWorks. The combined turnover of the companies will be more than 60 million euros.
The founders and owners of FW FilmWorks Oy, Marko Viitanen and Jukka Lehtonen, will sell 100% of shares to Mediatec Broadcast. With this transaction, the name of FW FilmWorks will change to Mediatec Broadcast Finland OY.
