With regards to question 1, I got the number of spam messages on the dashboard of the Outlook 365 admin center ()

With regards to question 2, when I go to EAC, Protection, Content Filter, and try to edit the filter, I get a 500 Unexpected Error.  I have added myself as a user with both Organization Management and Hygiene Management permissions, so that is not the reason for the 500 error.  The current content filter is the Default filter set to Lowest priority.

You mentioned the total amout of all the spam blocked in the server level that you're not able to view.  Is there a way to either view the server level spam that has been blocked, or modify the settings so I can view future spam emails that are blocked on the server-level?

Thanks.
