Hi Kyle.
Yes, you can set a source for you job boards to display on the
source column. This would be different than the source field you
have set on the candidate contact section on your application. To
set this up, click setup, then configure, then Configure
Application Fields. Click Edit Options for source. On the right
menu, click Add Options and add Public Job Board, press return, and
then add Internal Job Board. Click save.
On the left menu click Job Boards. Click Edit settings for the
public job board and change the source value field to Public Job
Boards. Click Save. Next click Edit Settings for the Internal Job
board and change the source value field to Internal Job Board.
Click Save. From this point forward you will be able to see on the
Candidates tab which job board the individual used to apply.
