At the top, you'll see the logo (Hello Project Wiki), and 3 tabs, On the Wiki, Community and Quick Links.
Wiki Activity shows the recent edits, Random page shows you a random page, videos and photos are fairly self explanatory. To change the contents of each page you hit edit. The Category module allows you to add categories to a page (its not stuff you do often, things are pretty well categorized). You can add pictures and video too, but its also not something needed often.
I'm assuming you use visual editor so you'll see several green puzzle pieces on the page. To be able to edit those, you need to be in source mode, which allows you to edit in Wiki Markup, a language that Wikis use. You can correct grammar on pages, add links to other relevant articles, add references to external sources, etc with that.
For now, until you get the hang of things, I recommend using the visual editor. The first few edits are always hard until you figure stuff out.
Another thing to note, people generally can't see when you have posted on your own wall, I recommend posting on other people's walls if you need additional help.
