After blogging for over three years, I’ve created a lot of recipes! I was looking through my blog archives the other day for my Mexican Kale Salad, and I realized there were a lot of recipes that I hadn’t made in a long time.

So I decided to roundup up 40 must try spring recipes … all from my archives! Some are new, a lot are old, but all of them are delicious!
