The Mountain Region for Heartland is excited to invite you to attend our Inaugural Regional Rally! The Host location is Colorado State Fair Grounds in Pueblo Colorado. This venue sits on 100 acres with 60 "Historic -Old West” buildings. Lots of trees, grass. blacktop and getaways to walk the dog or just get away. RV Sites & truck parking will be held at the Carnival lot. This is a large multi acre blacktop area with 300 sites and 113 full hook ups. All full hook ups are back in parking and 50 Amp service. The Rally will have exclusive use of the RV area. Activities to be held in the 5760 Sq Ft 4-H Bldg, featuring a full Stage, sound system, tables & chairs to accommodate the planned & non planned activities.
This Rally week is planned for YOU, featuring an excellent opportunity for lots of fun, activities & surprises. I hope you will take advantage of all the Rally has to offer. From the RV Rodeo, Mystery Murder Night to "Think you can Dance" while digital memories will be enough for future "Blackmail" !! Our RAT Team (Rally Assist Team) will be in full force and able to assist you during your stay! This will be a Regional Rally you won't want to miss! You have ample advanced notice, so clear your schedules and come support our first ever Regional Rally!
Please note: Since Heartland is hosting the financial cost of this Rally, attendance is limited to Heartland Owners Club Members only...No SOB, no friends & guests, you must have an HOC# & a maximum of 100 rig will be allowed.
Sponsorship events are pending vendor financial approval. Activities & times are subject to modification as planning & contracts are finalized.
Local events during our Rally week:
· Oats, Bands & BBQ on the Arkansas River Walk downtown.
This is the time of year they present their Micro Beer Festivals, live music and BBQ along the river walk. Paddle boats are available for rental as you taste you way down the river to the beat of the live music.
· B-Street Bash:
Every Friday they block off B street downtown and host a band and a food court. There is no cover charge to enjoy this event
· Pueblo Chamber's phone app "visit Pueblo"

Rally Activities:
Mile High Golf Cart Rentals available....$150 for the entire Rally.
Cart will accommodate two persons. Larger carts are also available. Advise with your Rally RSVP if you would like a Golf Cart.
Cart price could lower based on the Rally total number requested.
Arts & Craft, White Elephant Tables:
Tables will be provided to sell your Arts & Crafts. Have any White Elephants hanging around; put a price on them & your cell phone number. These tables will be available Wednesday thru Saturday.
All Rally activities will be held in the 4-H building unless otherwise stated. This location is approximately two city blocks from the RV sites. Alcoholic beverages allowed in this building. Buildings are non-smoking.
50/50 Tickets will be sold all week. We will have between 2-4 drawings depending on the pot size.
RV Rodeo: Tuesday Noon - 4 PM
Upon check in at the Fair Grounds, an obstacle course will be set up in the middle of our 300 space area. Participants up will drive through the course on your way to assigned sites. We have a number of judges to score your performance! Awards for the Best and Worst drivers during this unique experience will be announced on awards night. Note: video proof may be featured during our awards night.
Drive a New Truck: Pending
Dealerships are pending their insurance approval. They are only allowed so many days with vehicles off the lot. Event will not be approved until a date closer to the Rally. If approved, an oval track will be set up in the center of our Parking area for test driving.
Heartland RV Display:
Heartland RV's will be displayed in front of the 4-H building. Considering a trade in or special order? Windish RV will be our representative dealer.
Mystery Murder Night:
Let’s have a little fun! Character email invitations were sent; pick up packets on Wed in the 4-H Bldg. The game will be played Thursday evening and the "Killer" announced on the conclusion of the evening.
Off Hour Socials:
An area within our 300 sites will be designated as a late night watering hole with a 20x20 turf area! Bring your chair, drink of choice and enjoy a few late evening Heartland stories. When you get tired, your RV will be close at hand. If you have a propane fire Ring bring it along.
Entertainment:
Friday - Live Entertainment....To be announced. I am planning a surprise in this area with audience participation.
Saturday - Entertainment: Think you can Dance? Join us for a fun filled 60’s evening and a "Dance Contests". Dress in the 60's is optional.

Catering:
Friday - Dinner - Mexican Fiesta Night
Saturday - Dinner - Tentative Pizza Party, pending vendor’s ability to deliver and keep warm the number of pizza’s required.
SNACK POT LUCK:
Wednesday- 4 PM - Social gathering: Bring a snack plate or desert to share with the group. Paper plates, Ice tea & Lemon Aid provided.

Rally Assist Team “RAT TEAM"
Our RAT Team will be running around the Fair Grounds helping with Site Parking, Events set up, Social hours and the RV Rodeo. They will be in "Halloween Orange T-Shirts with RAT TEAM printed on the front and a large RAT picture on the back. The Rat Captain will be in a bright RED T-Shirt.
